Grip socks are required and sold at the front desk if yours are still imaginary.

After three classes, pick the pack or membership that fits your real life.
What to wear
Leggings, fitted shorts, a tank, a tee—whatever lets you move comfortably and lets your instructor see your alignment. Grip socks are the only firm rule.

The room is women-only so you can move freely, focus, and feel comfortable being new.
Park in the lot serving the building at 14275 Wolf Rd. Come in 10 minutes before your first class.
Start with Foundations. Tell your instructor it’s your first class. Bring water. We’ll take it from there.
